Enjoyed our stay

Came down for our anniversary and to go to Dogwood Canyon. We knew we wouldn’t be in our place for very long, but we enjoyed our stay there. Place was exactly what we expected.

This place was just what we needed. It's older, of course, but has been updated and the listing is accurate. It's also right next to Baxter marina, and there is plenty of parking for a boat. We would come back.

The place is not what I expected. The grounds could use some upkeep. The pool was not useable. The tin on the roof was coming off and the AC did not work correctly. The one in the LR did not cool at all and the one in the BR did not cool well. The porch light also did not work. It could be a really cute place but it needs work. Not ever seeing the outside before renting if I had I would not have rented. The lady that I communicated with was totally AWESOME! (Christina) I’ve never rented a place before and she was super helpful.

Very muched enjoyed our stay here. Adequately acomodated with everything we would have needed. Conveniently located to everywhere we visited while we were there. Villa was very clean and comfortable to stay at.
