All pillows, pillow cases, comforters, mattress protectors, kitchen and bath towels provided, just bring your sheets. Guests can relax in the superb living room, which also features gorgeous water views in the porch area. Three bathrooms make getting ready a breeze, while new heating and AC keep the atmosphere just right. House is professionally cleaned, there is a $350 pet fee. House has been refreshed with many new renovations (new appliances, bathroom fixtures, flooring, outdoor shower, siding, roofing, AC/Heating central air). Whether you’re gathering for a cozy night in or spreading out for some quiet time, this enchanting retreat offers a perfect balance of space and comfort. We want to note that the property underwent a full renovation just a few years ago — new windows, flooring, air conditioning, appliances, bathroom fixtures, and doors throughout, plus new siding, an outdoor shower, and fencing outside. We work hard to keep our photos and listing accurate to the space. We always welcome guests to reach out during their stay so we can address any concerns in the moment, and we'd have loved that chance with you.
