Gorgeous hardwood floors and tile throughout. You will love the 2 king and 2 queen beds fit for kings and queens, including MBR suite with sitting area including vanity and couch, swivel tv to watch in bed or on couch. Enjoy the fios TV on the three flatscreens with premium movie channels included, and wifi service. Brand new Maytag washer and dryer off kitchen.

Nicely lighted and covered main floor deck on entire front with adirondack rockers, master bedroom balcony 4 by 20 feet, 16 by 22 rooftop deck with ocean view and full complement of comfy outdoor furniture. This was a fantastic place to stay. Perfect location for the beach and boardwalk! There was plenty of space for our family including a great roof deck. We hope to return again next year.

Beautiful home, excellent location, and quiet neighborhood. Bedrooms are fairly well insulated from each other from a noise perspective. W found it the perfect size for 2 couples, 2 single adults, and 2 young children. Nearly all amenities were included at the property. Make sure to bring your own towels and linens; only blankets, pillows, and mattress pads are provided as of Aug 2025.

Summer vacation

Quick Getaway

We were lucky to be able to grab this rental fairly last minute. Patti was very accommodating and helpful. House was very clean and was as advertised. Close to beach, close to boardwalk, but far enough away (few blocks) to avoid the crowd. Short distance north to Kohrs, mini golf, etc. Short walk to the brewery was a nice surprise ;-). Would stay again...

A couple of small things. This is advertised as a luxury home, and for the most part, it is very lovely. But for the price, there was a broken icemaker, and the master bedroom bed was not very comfortable. The owner may want to be sure to attend to these things.

Fabulous Beach Home, Superb Location & Large, Excellent Decks!! Great Community!!!

Our stay at “The Deck House” was amazing! Grandmother (Beautiful), Parents, Wife and I will forever cherish the memories made in this warm and welcoming beach home. We all enjoyed the short, easy walk to the beach (which is gorgeous), the extremely comfortable beds (ceiling fans in all bedrooms) and inviting living areas. Kitchen is perfect for those who love to cook as it is an open concept with an island counter top. The nautical & beachy decor throughout the home exude comfort and relaxation. Roof top deck is private & spacious with plenty of seating and sun bathing lounge chairs to capture some sun rays or count the stars at night. Outdoor shower, grill and patio furniture on ground level made us feel right at home. Patti (owner) is responsive, extremely friendly and quick to answer any and all inquiries one may have. Thank you Patti for a wonderful, memory filling stay in your home!! We are looking forward to, and can’t wait for our next stay with you!

We loved our accommodations, Ocean block, great house to entertain a family of 8 roomy living room, dining room and nice working kitchen all in one big space and bedrooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Host was very nice and communication was great!!

Great stay, quiet/private beach!

Excellent location, quiet road in Ortley. The beach was private (only for a couple of neighboring streets) and perfect for our two young children to play. Roof deck was gorgeous! Will definitely stay again!

Fabulous home and location

The property is fantastic. Perfect location. I stayed with my husband and our two teenage children and their friends. We had 5 teenagers total who loved the location. They could walk to the boardwalk and ride their bikes to Lavalette. The private beach is right down the street. The decks on the home are great and the roof top is fantastic. Great place to stay!

Beautiful Beach Get Away

My family and I just returned from a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. From the moment we walked in, we immediately felt comfortable. The home is extremely clean, and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable too! This home is in a quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the Seaside boardwalk. There is a lovely private beach at the end of the block. Last, the rooftop deck was amazing. Patti was very accessible and extremely responsive to our questions and needs. We would love to stay again!!

Amazing Beach Block Home!

It's much nicer than the photos. Lots of room, comfortable beds and sofas, wonderful kitchen. Beautiful beach. Great location; just north of Seaside Heights boardwalk, short walk to beach; close to bridge into Toms River. I intend to stay here again!
