Welcome to this inviting three-level townhouse cabin located within the sought-after Golf View Resort in Pigeon Forge. Designed for comfort and convenience, this retreat offers an ideal setting for families and groups looking to relax and enjoy time together in the Smoky Mountains.

Spanning three thoughtfully arranged levels, the cabin blends cozy living areas with entertainment spaces and easy access to resort amenities, creating a welcoming and well-rounded vacation experience.

On the main level, guests are greeted by a warm living room anchored by a cozy fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The nearby dining area makes shared meals effortless, while the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare home-style favorites. A full bathroom with washer and dryer adds extra convenience. Step onto the main deck and enjoy the hot tub, an inviting spot to relax and recharge.

The upper level features an open loft with a Twin Daybed, offering extra sleeping space or a quiet place to relax. Also on this floor is a private King master suite with its own ensuite bathroom and private deck, ideal for peaceful mornings or quiet evenings. Two twin rollaway beds are stored in the upper bedroom closet for added flexibility.

Downstairs, the open studio-style level is designed for both comfort and fun. It includes a kitchenette, a King bed, a Queen bed, and a full bathroom. Guests can enjoy the arcade game or step outside onto the lower deck for a calm outdoor retreat. Please note that the fireplace in the lower-level bedroom is not currently operational.

Guests of Golf View Resort have access to shared amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, and a community grilling area perfect for casual cookouts.

Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $50 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

We recommend 4WD during the winter months due to the uncertainty of the weather and terrain.

NOTE: Government ID required to be sent when rental agreement is signed for booking to be accepted. Primary renter must be age 25 or older, and must remain on site for the reservation term.
