This beautiful holiday apartment is located in Katel Novi on the 1st floor of a family house. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with dining area and a living room. Wooden stairs lead from the living room to the covered terrace, which offers a wonderful view of the bay of Katel and the city of Split. A large pool with sun terrace is located next to the house, relatively sheltered from the view of others. Right next to it there is a fitness room for your personal training. The owner offers his guests a free transfer from the airport to the holiday apartment. Part of the road to the holiday home is unpaved.

Maison de rêves et hôtes merveilleux

Nous avons passé une incroyable semaine chez Oliveira et Serge. Ils nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et nous ont fait nous sentir comme chez nous. Malgré ce que dit l’annonce, les enfants de bas âges sont très bien accueillis, il y a un lit bébé à disposition, des jouets, des animaux (chiens et poules) et même des manchons et bouées pour la piscine. La maison est grande, décorée avec charme et avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer des vacances inoubliables. La verdure de l’entourage et la disposition de la maison font se sentir loin de la civilisation, mais en réalité Split et Trgir sont très proches et à seulement 5 min il y a plusieurs supermarchés ( y compris un lidl). L’aéroport est à seulement 6 min en voiture et malgré la proximité, le bruit des avions est très bien attenué dans la maison. l’aéroport de Split n’étant pas immense, le trafic aérien reste modeste et il n’y a pas de vol la nuit. La literie est confortable, il y a la climatisation au salon et dans une des chambres, un ventilateur est à disposition et des moustiquaires équipent les fenêtres. Il y a une magnifique terrasse sur le toit, équipée d’un gril au feu de bois. Le couché de soleil et le point de vue sont magnifiques. Nous sommes certains d’y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour dans la région et recommandons fortement ce logement.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war super sauber und genauso wie abgebildet. Ein riesiger Pool mit Poolspielzeug (Luftmatratzen, Schwimmring, Ball) standen zur Verfügung. Auch der Kühlschrank im Poolbereich war sehr nützlich. Die Gastgeber Olivera und Serge sind total herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben regelmäßig selbst angebautes Obst und Gemüse bekommen. Wenn wir länger unterwegs waren hat sich Olivera liebevoll um unseren Hund gekümmert. Es wurden sogar die Handtücher gewaschen. Großartig. Die Zufahrt ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, lohnt sich aber.
