Très bon emplacement près de la mer. Appartement spacieux.
la climatisation dans les chambres seraient nécessaires. La place de parking est un vrai plus. Proximité des magasins et restaurant. santa pola est une ville très sympa mais bruyante. Lola (gérant immobilier) a été très disponible et à notre écoute.
Seul point à revoir : faire payer la consommation électrique en plus du prix de la location nous ne semble pas justifiée. Cette consommation devrait être compris dans le prix de la location
