We have said at the Grand Pointe Complex for the last eight years. Our rating would be anywhere from 3 stars to 5 stars depending on the units we rented. This particular unit 511 was nice maybe a 3 1/2 stars. The beds were comfortable but definitely needed additional pillows which we didn't receive after requesting. We found the living room space to be small and the furniture was not comfortable for four older adults. The two side chairs were more ornamental than useful and they should be replaced with two small recliners since there is no recliner at all. The kitchen was okay but lacking in decent skillets (we brought our own) and other items such as pot holders and small bowls/containers. There were three tv remotes that did not have any batteries but we were supplied with them very quickly. Would I stay there again? Probably, because we love the area and the view from the huge balcony!

The view was great - we are familiar with the facility and love it.One thing we ran short on was pillows. There wasn't one for the sleeper sofa. There were only two standard pillows on the King bed. We put cases on the throw pillows and made do.Everything was as expected and very clean.We will be back,

Had an issue with the check in process, but they are working on it. The condo itself needs some updating. It is dated…but comfortable. Love the huge balcony! The beds are very comfortable. The living room furniture is not! Needs at least one comfortable chair. Kitchen needs updating. The eyes on the stove are all crooked and can’t be leveled out. There were pieces of onion in the bottom cabinet. The knives had left over food on them. The shower in the master bedroom is very small. The folks at the rental property office were very nice and easy to work with. Overall, I would give it a 7.
