North Pier Ocean Villas Unit 311 features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 1,149 square feet of living space in a resort-style setting with direct access to the beach.

The open-concept layout flows from a spacious dining area to a centrally located kitchen and a bright, airy living room that opens to a private covered balcony. The balcony offers sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and coastline, perfect for enjoying the sunrise and morning coffee or evening ocean breezes with a glass of wine. The designer kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware, tools, and appliances needed to prepare meals for the entire family. A shared gas grill is also available on the property adjacent to the pool.

The primary suite offers a quiet retreat with generous space, ocean and coastline views, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower. Two additional bedrooms offer private space for additional family members or friends; the guest bedroom features a queen size bed and the bunk room includes twin size bunk beds with a trundle for sleeping up to 3 kids or young adults. The additional bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower and tub.

Each bedroom includes a smart TV with streaming services available. High-speed wireless internet (2.5 gbps) is also included.

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire unit, as well as common access to the property's resort-style amenities including a stunning pool, hot tub, sundeck, and direct access to the beach. Please note the pool and hot tub are closed during the winter season.

Guests also enjoy exclusive use of a beach locker in the parking area with beach chairs, beach cart, and beach toys provided.

We provide the basic necessities to make your stay most enjoyable, including luxury Beekman 1802 body wash, shampoo, and conditioner; paper towels and toilet paper; dishwasher and laundry detergent; coffee bar with coffee, tea, sweeteners, and creamer; and olive oil, salt, and pepper.
