Absolutely FANTASTIC property and host experience. Perfect for family vacation and the backyard made it even better. We took our own floats which we really didn’t need to because there were plenty of those and toys for kids. BBQ grill, outdoor dining, plenty of large umbrellas for outdoor eating and conversation. We rented an 8 passenger golf cart which was great for multiple trips to ice cream shop, Acme and beach. Location was perfect! Thank you Karen and Matt for allowing us to stay at your beautiful beach rental and our welcome gift . Highly recommend
