Just a 10-minute walk to the riverfront, Brown’s Island, Allianz Amphitheater, Civil War Museum, VCU, and Altria Theater.
Surrounded by top local restaurants (L'Opossum, Adarra, Dinamo) and bars.
Right in the heart of the city, and yet you may see ospreys or eagles overhead, hummingbirds or Monarch butterfly's on the flowers or deer through the Hollywood fence depending on the season.
