The home features an enormous great room which opens onto the front screened porch perfect for entertaining, a very well equipped gourmet kitchen, master on the main level which opens onto a sleeping porch, full laundry room, and two additional bedrooms with full baths upstairs. There are two pull out sofas in the great room and an outdoor shower. No detail has been over looked in this fantastic family home which fronts a private park like green space perfect for family lawn sports, sipping cocktails, reading, or picnicking.

Cozy up to the wood burning fireplace in the winter months or open the French doors throughout the house and enjoy the beautiful warmth of the gulf breezes most of the year. Close to everything and in the heart of Watercolor resort yet located on a private cul-de-sac.

We absolutely loved this house. The layout was great with the kids being upstairs with their own baths and a quiet primary bedroom. Great location near the grocery store and an easy golf cart ride or bike ride to all the pools and beach. House was really clean and had a great vibe. Thanks so much.

Great location. Located on small quiet side street. House was well equipped and well taken care of. Master bed was super comfortable. Going to go home and buy myself the same mattress! Only downside was only one set of towels in each bathroom other than master which had two. Highly recommend staying at this house for anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

This house had way more room than we needed for three of us. Beautifully appointed, we really enjoyed it. The grassy area out front was perfect for teens to play various sports.

The house was great, the owners are great to work with too. We had a girls weekend on 30A and this house was the perfect spot. It was clean, quiet, plenty of beds, a great kitchen, and anything we needed during our stay. I would highly recommend this home and owners when looking at a place to stay on 30a. Our family of six adults stayed in this gorgeous home in Watercolor and had the best time. The state of the art kitchen was a bonus, as well as the four bikes that were available for us to use throughout our stay. The owner was quick to respond when we reached out and ensured we had a great vacation. This home was furnished with all the cleaning supplies and extra garbage bags, washing detergent, and paper supplies we needed. EXCELLENT STAY!

We had a great trip! The house was perfect and just the right size. And what we didn't realize is that the layout is perfect so the people upstairs don't wake up whoever is sleeping in the master bedroom. Well-stocked kitchen. The washer and dryer are small, but no other complaints. Easy and relaxing, would stay here again. Thanks Eddie!

Lovely Watercolor home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home. Wonderful location, it was perfect for our kids to ride bikes and scooter around the loop as well as play out of the lawn in the evening. Another bonus is the location of the Master to the other rooms, it’s not on top of each other so it was easy for our toddler to nap while the others played.

Perfect for family

First of all this house is gorgeous!We were in town for my nephews wedding.Our host did an amazing job making sure we got we received the check in information.The house was spotless and well maintained.All basic household needs and paper goods supplied.Lots of serving plates,dishes and cutlery.The porch swings were a peaceful place to enjoy my morning coffee and to visit with family in the evening.Plenty of places for everyone to retreat. We had never visited Watercolor before and lived all the amenities included with our rental.

Great house in Watercolor!

Our stay was wonderful! Eddie and Kimberly’s house is beautiful and the kitchen and laundry room had everything we needed. Everything was fully stocked, the house is beautifully built and communication with Eddie was easy and efficient. The screened in porch was our favorite spot! We also especially loved the big lawn area in the court in front of the house. My husband and son played lots of catch. Thank you!
