Sandals & Friends-Pet Friendly Bungalow

About this space
Sandals and Friends is our attempt to provide a comfortable, pet friendly place to stay in Pensacola. The listing is new to VRBO but we are also listed on Abnb and have 5 star ratings! The master king bedroom has a private full bath. Another full bath is shared between a queen bedroom and an additional room with a daybed & trundle. Our home has a large fenced yard and is a great place for adults, children, or pets to have fun! We look forward to sharing our home with you. If bringing your pet, you must add them under where it says "GUESTS" when booking.
The space
There is a lighted patio in the backyard to relax in the evenings and a cozy front porch with chairs and swing for a nice morning coffee. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal. There is a charcoal grill just off of the kitchen door (which is located inside the secure fenced area). You will have high speed WIFI and on demand-instant hot water throughout the house. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom as well as the living room. We have also provided a portable fan. We provide 4 beach towels and 4 beach chairs to use during your stay. A Pack n Play and booster seat are available upon request. We are located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown, hospitals, beach, and airport.

​A dog park is within walking distance with private water access.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and property excluding the garage and owner's supply cabinets.
Parking for at least 2 cars in private driveway.
Other things to note
- A six digit code will be provided prior to check-in after housekeeping has released the property.
- Pet Fee is $100 per stay (please select Pet from the pull down menu under Guests)
- Security Deposit $200

PET RULES
- DOGS ONLY - Maximum of 2 dogs - up to 2 under 30 pounds - only 1 dog over
30 pounds, so you could bring 1 dog under 30 and 1 dog over 30 pounds
- Please clean up after your dog - bags and a garbage can are provided on the
back patio
- If dog poop is not picked up - you will be charged with extra cleaning
- Dogs need to be house trained
- If dogs are dirty or wet, please keep off beds and furniture
- If dogs tend to get on furniture, please put a towel or blanket under them. We provide some blankets
- Do not leave dogs outside unattended
- Do not chain or tie them up outside
- If you are going to be away from the house - please crate - we have all sizes
available upon request
- Please do not lock in bathroom - many dogs can ruin a door by scratching
when stressed
- We supply a handheld vacuum/or floor vacuum to keep up with shedding if
needed, this will help housekeeping as they get ready for the next guest,
especially when it is a back to back.
