Newly remodeled private unit in a single-family home on two scenic acres in Springfield, VA.
Enjoy a bright living room with large windows overlooking a peaceful wooded view, a cozy fireplace, a modern kitchen with new appliances and an updated bathroom.

Feels like a retreat in the woods, yet very close to DC, Tysons, Old Town Alexandria, major highways, grocery stores, and shopping.

The unit is on the lower level of the house.
Follow the stone steps down and through the double-swing gate to reach the private unit entrance.

The unit has a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom.

Washer/Dryer room access is reserved for stays longer than 4 days. Please plan accordingly.

Temperature is controlled by the host. Please reach out to us anytime if you’d like an adjustment, and we’ll change it promptly.

Smoking of any kind (including marijuana) and/or the use of recreational drugs is strictly prohibited inside the unit and throughout the premises.
