Beautiful 3-story house on 2 acres... and there are sled runs right on the property! Lots of parking (10 cars!) and only minutes from skiing, snow-tubing and Sky Park. Enjoy the amazing views (you can see Catalina Island on a clear day!), while relaxing in the glass enclosed indoor Jacuzzi after a day on the slopes. This gorgeous property is nestled between Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead so the best of both worlds can be enjoyed.
This house has many 1st class amenities: Jacuzzi, WiFi, Game room with a 6-seated custom bar, 4 real arcade games (loaded with over 100 games), Foosball, board games, player piano, and more. TV’s with cable, HBO Max, Netflix, Apple+, Starz, Hulu & Prime (all signed in & ready to view). New kitchen appliances & water systems (RO system, tankless heater, water pump, soft water). All your linens, towels (incl. spa towels) and paper goods are included. There are 2 wood-burning fireplaces. There is ample seating along with a large dining room (w/adjoining bar). Kids will love the gazebo/tree-house on 3 lots that are fully landscaped & surrounded by retaining walls! Ample parking and a second driveway that makes an additional terrific sled run!

This cabin sleeps 15+ in beds with all new bedding.
The master is on the 3rd floor with a Cal King.
The loft has two twin beds.
The middle floor sleeps 4-5 in one room and 3-4 in the other. One has a queen bed and bunk bed. The other has one queen and upper bunk. There are extra roll-away beds (w/bedding) in every room. There is also a trundle bed (sleeps 2) in the tower room. The couch also has a full size hide-a-bed.

Build your own sled run and snow man on this huge property... there is even a tree house! We leave 1 of the 2 driveways un-plowed in the winter for extra sled runs! Gorgeous views from every room (Catalina out the front, Snow Valley from the side)!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off spa & games

No smoking (or security deposit is forfeited) and a call with owner/renter is required. No street parking.
All lights, games, and spa must be turned off when checking out. Failure to do so will result in $100 withdrawal from security deposit.
Rental Agmt must be signed. Trash cans must be left at curb by Monday morning / before you leave (or $100 charge for trip to the dump).

We had a lovely stay! There was plenty of space for our group of 15. Lots of seating, plenty to do both at the cabin and near by. We had a lot of space for our groceries in the kitchen and it was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc. for us to use. Sherri was very quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns and was very communicative. Thank you for an amazing stay! We would highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking to accommodate a large group!

Beautiful property!

Stayed at this property and enjoyed every minute there. It had everything we needed for us adults, children and teens. The home was very cozy and had a million dollar view. Landlord was very kind and welcoming! Would definitely recommend!

Everything was all good! Sherri made sure that our stay was a success by contacting regularly and left detailed notes at the house. The house was very cozy and even though we were a large group of people, everyone felt comfortable and had an enjoyable time. The bonus room (entertainment and spa) downstairs was a great addition.

One of the most amazing properties!

Stayed here with a large group of friends & family and it was an amazing house with beautiful views! The house itself was clean, and felt very comfortable and homey which we all loved. Beautiful cabin in a nice woodsy area.

We had a great stay at Nob hill cabin. There was plenty of beds, lots to do in the home. Even though we couldn’t go outside much, because it rained the whole time we were there. The outside of the property is gorgeous!

the views, amazing. The yard, so big, with a great sled run if there is snow THe location, 15 minutes from snow valley and sky park hot tub and game room .. so much fun all that, and the rooms are set back from everything so you can sleep while other guests are having fun. the owner is very nice and good communication

Beautiful views!

The outside of the house is gorgeous and the view from the patio is one of a kind. My family and I had a restful weekend. Everything was as described and Sherri was very attentive and helpful. It was nice having the hot tub inside so those that didn’t want to get in could still enjoy everyone’s company.

Like staying in a castle

This castle-like, three-level home has amazing views, set amidst the pines, with plenty of comfortable beds, games for the kids, a player piano, and a spa. It looks as though it once had a watery moat around it. Our host was wonderfully kind and attentive. She has little signs about the house to let you know its quirks.

This vacation home has been in my family for over 40 years. My Dad loved it for the gorgeous views (you can see Catalina on a clear day!). It has been a labor of love... we planted over 400 trees on the property ourselves! My parents spent decades remodeling this beautiful cabin (some call it a castle :) and landscaping the surrounding property (it looks like a park). It was his dream to keep it in the family for many generations... so we've been renting it out to keep up with the expenses since he passed away. We love sharing this special home with others... and my Dad would have loved it too!

Why they chose this property

Since I was 4 years old, we traveled to the mountains every year to visit Santa's Village. And every year my Dad would stop at this property on the way and leave his business card at the home "call me if you ever want to sell it" he would say (he loved this property because of the sprawling views)! He was finally able to buy the property when I was 13... and it has been our family's pride & joy ever since! We came up every single weekend to fix up the house & plant trees... and we used to spend every Thanksgiving up here with our families (and many weekends) as we grew up and had families of our own (there are 4 children and now 8 grandchildren).

What makes this property unique

Our home is on 3 lots so there is SO much room to play outside, and there are sledding hills to use in the winter! The landscaping is gorgeous, and there is ample parking (which is unusual in the mountains). It has the most amazing views from every room in the house... you can even see Catalina on a clear day!
