The villa features a comfortable private bedroom, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen,
a cozy living room with a queen futon, and a dedicated dining area—perfect for both short and extended stays.

Step outside to enjoy your covered porch, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Pull back the curtains and enjoy your favorite TV show in privacy.

Guests have access to a heated pool, a private sunbathing area, and a large private yard
surrounded by mature fruit trees, creating a tranquil tropical atmosphere. The grounds are
beautifully landscaped and offer plenty of space to unwind. The Villa has free parking if
you need it. Enjoy watching TV or having a drink on your private lanai.
For active guests, tennis and pickleball courts are conveniently located directly across the

The owner Rick was very quick and responsive to any of our needs. Although we did not have time to use the pool, it did look very inviting and in a nice relaxed atmosphere.

We stayed at the Mini Villa for 4 weeks and could not be happier with the property and our stay. The villa was as described, and had all the items needed for short and long stays. The kitchen was well equiped for cooking and we made many meals throughout our stay. There is a small porch outside, which was great for sitting in the early morning to catch the sun, or eating a nice dinner in the evening. To top it all off there was access to the (heated) pool right outside our door, loungers to sit in by the pool, and the beautifully landscapped yard. We felt like we were in a luxurious resort. Our hosts were wonderful and very responsive. We loved our stay and hope to stay there again. We highly recommend staying here.
