Perfect for families, couples, or groups of up to 8, this pet-friendly retreat is loaded with FREE gear so you can start your manatee snorkeling, kayaking, scalloping and biking adventures the moment you arrive – no expensive rentals required!

Everything was great! Location made it easy for us to visit all of the places we wanted. My only suggestion would be to have ceiling fans put in the bedrooms! It would save you on A/C. But it was lovely!

Lovely place to stay, very accommodating and clean. House is in a quiet neighborhood close to anything you could ever need. Conveniently located for quick trips in the Crystal River area and any other nearby activities. Great first-time experience booking a Vrbo, would definitely recommend!

This was a perfect place and location for our trip to Florida. Easy access to Crystal River, Iverness, Homosassis. It is a little dark/dated, not a lot of natural light, but the outdoor furniture has you out in the sunshine. Local ordinances prohibited us from having a grill- still great value and great hosts. Would recommend

We appreciate the note about the light — we'll make sure to let future guests know they can simply lift the blinds to allow plenty of natural light in. Some previous guests had requested darkening blinds, so we installed them, but they can easily be lifted. We don't provide a grill (we have a fire pit instead), but you're welcome to bring a small portable one if grilling is important to you. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again soon!

It’s very spacious and surrounded by mature trees, including fruit trees and flowering bushes, which create a secluded, peaceful atmosphere away from everything else. There’s so much nature to enjoy right in the yard, and the firepit makes it an especially great place to relax and unwind. Another big plus is that there are no bugs or no-see-ums, which can be a real nuisance for properties closer to the water—making outdoor time here even more enjoyable.
