Comfortable home with a large outdoor deck, close to world class fishing, scalloping, several wildlife management areas, scuba diving in springs and offshore. Local boat, canoe/kayak rentals are available. Visit the Homosassa Springs Wildlife Park. Swim with manatees. Great restaurants serving fresh seafood, Italian, Chinese or good home style cooking.
Homosassa Seafood Festival. Florida Manatee Festival, Stone Crab Jam, Shrimp-a-Palooza and Snow Geese Migration festivals in the Homosassa / Crystal River area. Crystal River is approximately 15 minutes north. Central Florida theme parks are less than 2 hours west. Tampa Airport is approximately an hour south.
