Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You have access to our beautiful private community pool. Easy walking access to the bay and beach from our beautiful residence. The newer construction & amenities within are amazing. Unbelievable in & outdoor games, karaoke, smart TV's, outdoor hammock & swing, volley ball, badminton, corn hole, sand castle & beach toys, outdoor seating, speakers and lighting, gas grill, fishing poles, & much more...
The space
- Beautiful open concept from living room to kitchen. Fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need: from cook ware, utensils, wine glasses, blenders, air fryer, coffee bar, range, microwave, refrigerator with both traditional and craft ice, fish filet knives, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and more!
- Large primary bedroom with king size bed, exquisite primary duel vanity, huge walk-in shower, primary closet with personal safe, smart television, and work space with printer.
- Large secondary bedroom with queen size bed, large closet, and smart television.
- Fun third room has multiple bunk beds: four twin-sized and one full/queen-size with full closet.
- Living room couch converts to full/queen bed.
- We love games and fun! Inside we have numerous board games, complete set of poker chips and cards, and karaoke.
-The fun never ends outside. Outdoor hammock & swing, volley ball, badminton, corn hole, sand castle & beach toys, fishing poles, boogie boards, outdoor seating, speakers and lighting, gas & charcoal grills, community pool, bay and beach access.
Property has emergency smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits.
Guest access
Guests will receive access codes to enter all permitted areas 20 minutes prior to check-in. Guests have access to all areas inside and out; other than those that are labeled "Personal Use" and are locked separately. Instructions for use and access of community pool will be detailed in house rules book upon entering.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Late fees of $100 for every hour after 11:00a.m. will be charged.
Collapsible laundry hampers are in the closet in each room. Place used bedding and towels in hampers.
All dishes must be washed, dried, and put away.
Empty all trash cans in home and in garage. Place trash bags large green trash bin under the stars. Only bagged trash can be placed in trash bin.
Empty refrigerator & freezer.
Remove login information, if used, for smart television channels.
Return temperature to 75 degrees
Leave on light switches that are labeled "Leave On".
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
