Beautifully situated on a natural plot is this vacation home with many amenities.



The heart of the cottage, which was modernized in 2019, is the living room open to the kitchen with modern furniture and a fireplace for cozy evenings. Furthermore, there are 2 bright bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom with sauna and whirlpool and a dining area in the winter garden. For extra comfort the bathroom has underfloor heating.



Spend lovely hours on the large terrace with garden furniture and a view of the natural plot.



In the surrounding area there are many activities to discover and try: Golf, surfing, tennis, indoor swimming pool, playground and Badeland.

Schönes und gemütliches Haus mit guter Ausstattung, komplettes Inventar, schönes Mobiliar, bequeme Betten. Kamin und Sauna toll und wurde oft genutzt, Whirlpool kann leider nicht komplett mit warmen Wasser gefüllt werden, dafür reicht warmwasservorrat nicht aus. Lage super, direkt an kleinem Baumbestand, somit nicht einsehbar, alles sehr ruhig drum herum. Zentrum und Meer fußläufig in 5-10 Min. zu erreichen.
