In der Küche war der Wasserkocher stark verkalkt. Es gab kein Entkalkungsmittel. Es fehlte eine Knoblauchpresse.Abrechnung der Verbrauchskosten intransparent. Ohne Erfassung des Stromverbrauches wurde Strom abgerechnet.
