Beach front home in Ispica

Located in the immediate vicinity of one of the most beautiful beaches of the coast of Iblea, the beach of Santa Maria del Focallo, this vacation home is characterized by a beautiful view of the sea and the island 'Isola dei Porri'. It consists of two units, not connected inside, one of which has the sea view and the other is located at the back of the building. In the front part of the house there is a large veranda with an outdoor kitchen (dishwasher), table and chairs, where you can all have your meals together and enjoy the incomparably beautiful view. This apartment in the front part of the house consists of a kitchen with table and chairs for 8 people, three bedrooms (two double and one twin) and a shower room. To the side of the house, in the outdoor area, there is the swimming pool (20 m²) with equipped sun terrace (deck chairs and sun loungers), a play area for your children with slide, swing, small playhouse and sandbox, bocce court. Here you can also go to the back half of the house with the second unit, which has a covered porch with table, chairs and view of the pool, barbecue and a second outdoor kitchen. Inside this apartment you will find the kitchen of about 20 m² where all guests can dine together, a small living room with sofa bed, two double bedrooms and two shower bathrooms. After a day at the beach, you can refresh yourself under one of the outdoor showers and then relax in the garden to end the day. The vacation home is located between the provinces of Ragusa and Syracuse, so from here you can easily visit both cities and the wider surroundings of both provinces. Besides the ancient city of Syracuse (60 km) with its wonderful Greek theater, it is also worth visiting famous baroque towns such as Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla and the Noto Valley.
