Idyllic Holiday Home with Garden & Terrace; Parking Available
In a residence surrounded by green vegetation, Casa Cala Ginepri N 3 is situated in a quiet, idyllic location just a few metres from the sandy beach. The two-storey holiday home has one bedroom on the ground floor (with the option of a single bed for a 3rd person) as well as one bathroom, and on the upper floor you will find a living room with a sofa bed and a functionally-equipped kitchenette as well as another bathroom. The house can therefore accommodate a total of 5 people. All rooms are decorated with maritime details and provide for an inviting atmosphere! Amenities also include a television. Outside you will find a garden shared with the residents of the other holiday homes and a private terrace. Prepare tasty meals for a barbecue and enjoy them with a glass of wine! Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are in the centre of Arzachena, which is 11 km away (13 minutes by car). You can also find a selection of restaurants within 2 km (2 minutes by car) and the sandy beach Spiaggia delle Saline is only 450 m or 7-minute walk away. A golf course is located within 20 km of the property.

Schöne Unterkunft in einer interessanten Region von Sardinien.
Pros: Check in mit Herrn Raffaele war sehr freundlich, informativ. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut. Der Garten ist sehr gut gepflegt und traumhaft. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut (Spülmaschine, Geschirr, Deko, Terrassenbestuhlung ).
Cons: Es war sehr schwierig für uns die Anlage zu finden. Das Navi liegt mit Archanzena weit daneben, weil es zwar zu diesem Kreis gehört aber die angegebene Strasse von dem Ort weit entfernt ist.
Die GPS Daten führten leider auch an eine nebenliegende Bucht.
Im Untergeschoss leider unangenehmer Kellergeruch, der in dieser tolle Unterkunft unangenehm stört.
