Inaugurated in May 2012, the Village is newly built a short distance from the sea. It is composed of 3 living blocks arranged on different levels, which allows the sea view from many of the apartments. The complex is surrounded by greenery, with enchanting panoramic terraces, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the Archipelago of La Maddalena, Corsica and the typical Mediterranean scrubland. The apartments overlook the gardens, the fragrant and lush surrounding hills and the beautiful swimming pool with waterfall. Just 2.8 km away is the center of Baja Sardinia with its famous "Piazzetta" and its white sandy beach and crystal clear water. For lovers of "BY NIGHT" nightclubs and discos present throughout the territory and in particular in the famous Porto Cervo, destination of the international Jet Set, which is 6/7 km.
The apartments are arranged on different levels, following the conformity of the land; they are large and elegantly furnished with fine finishes, equipped with crockery and cutlery, all are equipped with TV, oven, washing machine and AIRCO, most also have a dishwasher. Some with two bathrooms (most with shower), hairdryer, balcony or patio.
The structure provides for mandatory costs to be paid locally; including a security deposit (see section house rules and notes).
