Just a few meters from the beach, the Minerva holiday apartment is located in the center of the popular resort town of Alcúdia and accommodates up to 6 guests. Situated on the 2nd floor of a beautiful Mallorcan-style townhouse, it offers a welcoming living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The child-friendly accommodation also features Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in living areas only), fireplace, satellite TV, crib, and high chair.
The outdoor area includes a charming terrace with sea views, perfect for dining together al fresco, as well as a rooftop terrace with an outdoor shower to cool off on warm days. Thanks to its excellent location, the nearest sandy beach is just 110 m away, and you can reach a supermarket, restaurants, bars, and cafés within a 9-minute walk.
We do not provide any food for guest consumption.
