Eric was provided with clear house rules at check-in but unfortunately did not follow them. Upon checkout, the home was left in very poor condition, including trash throughout the property, dog waste in the carpets, wet towels left on the hardwood floors, and toilets that had not been flushed. During the stay, I checked in multiple times to ensure everything was going well, and Eric confirmed that there were no issues. However, after a request was made for payment related to the damages and additional cleaning required, he stated that he had a negative experience and mentioned concerns about the AC unit. The condition of the home after checkout required significant additional cleaning and attention. Based on this experience, I would not recommend hosting this guest
