Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, satellite television and a baby cot (upon request). Even in winter, the property gets a lot of sunlight - one of your private balconies is perfect for enjoying the morning sun with a coffee and newspaper. In the communal outdoor area of the residential complex you will find a beautiful pool area complete with a children’s pool and an outdoor shower. Supermarkets, restaurants, a medical clinic and pharmacies are just around the corner (270 m or a 3-minute walk away) while the historic town centre and the romantic Balcón de Europa await your visit just 1 km or a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Thanks to the fantastic location of the residential complex, the pool area and shared garden offer direct access to the white, sandy beach El Playazo. The beloved beach Playa Torrecilla is also just 500 m or a 5-minute walk away.
