Guests can use the patio, fire pit, grill, speakers, laundry room.
We are available by text and phone to answer your questions, recommend outings and restaurants, and our favorite trails.
Backing right to Boulder`s world famous trails, the neighborhood is perfect for getting outside. Restaurants are 1/2 mile away, as is the University of Colorado campus.
Drive to the house and to restaurants and shopping. Hike right from the house to NCAR, Chautauqua, and more. Bike down hill to access Boulder`s bike trails.
