The home boasts 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a loft with two additional beds.
There`s a huge dining room table to fit your entire group and plenty of cozy seating in the living room.
Tons of offstreet parking, a great park just a block away, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and even a desk for any work you need to get done!
This place is perfect for your stay in Salt Lake City! Bring your pet too!
You are booking the whole house and spacious backyard. Please note that the backyard and front yard have recycled concrete gravel for xeroscape and that there is no grass at the property. The house is NOT fully fenced but it is close because the driveway area is open for your car to drive in. There is also no gate on the front yard fenced area. The park has tons of grass if needed for your pet! There is a king bed, 3 fulls, and one twin. The main level has the king bedroom, bathroom, and full bedroom. The loft has a twin and a full. While it does have shorter ceiling in the loft, it is a very cozy spot. The house has Central AC but the loft is a bit slower to cool down so there is an additional portable AC unit in the loft for you to use.
You have your own washer and dryer in the house. There is also a ski rack in the laundry room.
There is lightning fast Fiber Wifi, perfect for working remotely.
The park down the street has pickleball courts and is perfect for your pets to run around at.
This house location is very close to Central Park Community Center and is perfect for extra parking for your events. You are welcome to hold events on the property with pre approval and additional fees. It is a great birthday spot!
You will have access to the entire single-family house. You do not share the house with anybody.
There is a long driveway on the side of the house and plenty of parking in the back of the house as well. Please note that the street is a bit slim so large trailers will have to be parked in front of the house as the turning radius is too tight to get into the driveway. I’d clarify first with the host depending on the size of your trailer/RV.
I am a close by and active host, but always give my guests space. I am usually reachable during regular hours and am quick to reply most the time. I look forward to hosting you :)
This is in such a peaceful neighborhood that is right off of one of the main roads in Salt Lake that will take you straight to downtown in minutes. Even with being so close to the main road, it does not sound that way inside the home.
You are a block away from the beautiful Central Park in Salt Lake. This park has pickleball, baseball, basketball, a playground for kids, and even soccer fields. It has plenty of room for your pup to run around at! The neighborhood and park have great mountain views. There are great places to eat and drink close by in all directions.
Nibley Park Golf course is 3 blocks east and has great mountain views.
The home has a very long driveway for plenty of off-street parking. There is even spots for you to park in the back of the home which is completely covered in concrete and fenced around!
Both interstate highways that pass through Salt Lake (I-15 and I-80) are minutes away from the home. You are around 35 minutes away from the ski mountains at Alta, Brighton, Snowbird, Solitude, Deer Valley and Park City.
This location is amazing. It`s very central, walking distance to restaurants, and quick to get to downtown.
Getting to and from the airport is a breeze at this location! We are Only 12 minutes from the airport.
Central Community Development Center is less then a block away!

These simple guidelines help us take great care of the home, respect the neighbors, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone. 1. Local Guests If you live locally, please send me a quick message before booking so we can briefly connect prior to confirming your stay. 2. Occupancy The home comfortably accommodates up to 7 registered guests. If you’re planning to have additional visitors — even briefly — please check with me first. For safety and insurance reasons, all overnight guests must be included on the reservation. 3. No Smoking This is a strictly non-smoking property, inside and outside. If smoking occurs, a $200 per day cleaning/remediation fee may be applied due to odor removal and deep cleaning requirements. 4. Check-In & Check-Out I’m happy to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs when the schedule allows. Just send me a quick request in advance. Unapproved changes that interfere with the cleaning schedule may result in a $50 fee. 5. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with local guidelines. Thank you for helping keep things peaceful for the neighbors. 6. Pets If you’re bringing a pet, there is a $25 per night, per pet fee. This is requested separately after booking since it isn’t included in the reservation total. For longer stays, I’m happy to discuss a reduced or capped fee — my goal is simply to keep things fair for everyone. By bringing a pet, you agree to a few simple expectations to help keep the home in great condition: No pets on furniture or beds Pets must be house-trained and should not be left unattended unless crated All waste must be cleaned up promptly Guests are responsible for their pets during their stay, including any damage or additional cleaning that may be needed. 7. Mail & Deliveries There is no mailbox available for guest use. For deliveries, please use an Amazon Locker or similar service. If you’re staying for an extended period and need mail delivered, just message me and we can coordinate options. 8. Reservation Changes If your plans change after booking, just reach out as early as possible and I’ll do my best to help where I can. Adjustments to dates or guest count may affect pricing or availability. Please note that changes removing reserved nights may still follow standard cancellation terms.

Great house with an inviting ambiance. Everything was clean and it provided everything that we needed for an amazing stay. All of us were very impressed when we walked in and also appreciated the closeness to downtown and the interstate. Would highly recommend of you plan on visiting Utah!
Just as described. Had everything we needed for our stay. Location was very convenient and nearby park was a quick walk to get to and fun for our kids.
Great place fo stay. Everything was clean, well stocked, and super comfortable. Had some concerns about the neighborhood before arriving, but it was a quiet and peaceful area with no issues at all. We loved the Farmhouse and would definitely stay here again!
Rooms are great for festival goers and the common area was great for a group. The location could not be beat since Downtown and Park City were only a short drive away. Would absolutely stay again!
Great space, cute decor, comfortable beds. Location is walking distance to really good breakfast spots and minutes from downtown. Having a park just blocks away is great for dogs. The host is amazing and super accommodating with great communication.

I had a fantastic time during my stay! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. Great locations 30mins to park city mountain. Shops and restaurants super convenient as well. Perfect for our group size, will deff book again if in the area.
Jeremy’s house was the perfect spot for our family getaway to Utah. The house was comfy and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. Oh and the pickle ball rackets and court right down the street were a huge plus for my teens!
We were in town for a sports tournament. The house was perfectly located for our tournament, had easy access to grocery stores, and was a great retreat from the heat. We would definitely book again!
