Welcome to your private luxury cabin located in the secluded and coveted Elk Springs Resort. Just a few minutes town you will enjoy a private theater room, hot tub, covered decks, sauna and 4 bedrooms each with their own bath. One bedroom is a kids bunkroom that sleeps 4 children. The kids can play games in the game room while the adults relax in the Hot Tub or in the separate great room. End a day at Gatlinburg in your own sauna surrounded by the smell of cedar. 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, pool table, air hockey and private hot tub. A well thought out setup where kids can play in the game room and adults can quietly gather in the great room or relax and read a book in the loft sitting area. 3 suites with king beds and private baths and a separate bunk room downstairs with queen over queen bunks is perfect for 4 kids or even adults. Free wireless internet!

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. We weren’t able to use the Jacuzzi tub or the dish washer, towels they provided were a dingy. All area rugs needed replaced or cleaned. We made the best of it and did enjoy our stay.

We were able to rent 3 cabins on the same road, each with enough space for us to get together for large family meals. Knotty & Nice is a wonderful house; beautifully finished, very clean, comfortable beds, great entertainment options downstairs (pool table, foosball, arcade game, theater room and sauna, with a hot tub on the deck). We loved the house. The resort staff were great at communicating with us at every step.

Everyone slept great, they had plenty of room to hang out, cooking in the kitchen was very easy (functional), laundry nightly for uniforms and tons of entertainment inside the house for the boys between the arcade, jacuzzi, sauna, pool table, fuusball (sp?) table, and movie theatre. Would highly recommend for large family (or team).

Thanksgiving Tradition

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family continues our Thanksgiving Tradition of spending Thanksgiving in a beautiful mountain cabin, awesome food and most importantly good family time. We have appreciated the Elk Springs staff and cabins which have added to a week we look forward to where we can escape the pressures of day to day life. Our time allows us to focus on the importance of our family relaitionships and it teaches that lesson to our grandchildren at an early age.
