**NEW** The Coastal Iris is located walking distance from CITY CENTER (shopping) of Seminole, Florida, and 2.5 miles from the BEACHES. We are a POOL home too with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 70` TV in the living room, TVs in all bedrooms, kitchen, and dining rooms. Laundry room too.
No check-out tasks for guests!!! :-) Just have fun.
** The pool is unheated; it`s VERY warm by the sun alone. We can`t guarantee the temps in the dead of winter of course.**
** Locals must get approval before booking.
** Ring video doorbell
** ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES TOLERATED. Police will be called.
** Please read house rules here in this listing before booking.
The whole home is for your use during your stay. You are able to access using a keyless entry code. 2 Free Parking Spots: Carport and Driveway. No street parking available, however.
We are available by messaging us through the app or via call or text during your stay. We live close by, know the area well, and are available for whatever you may need.
No smoking or vaping (of any kind)
Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am, as we are in a residential area
Florida has a tropical climate that bugs love as much as we do! We have regular pest control on the property, if you feel the need for additional service while here please notify us right away. Refunds will not be given for ants or general pests.
