About this property

Cottage "Ferienhaus Carin" with Wi-Fi, Garden and Close to the Shore

In the heart of the village of Utting am Ammersee is the holiday home Carin just a few metres from the shore of the lake. The country house has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 of them with 2 single beds each and all facing north), one bathroom and 2 additional toilets. It can therefore accommodate 8 people and Wi-Fi is also included. For the small guests of the accommodation there is also a room with a large collection of games as well as an outdoor ping pong table.
Enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning on the small terrace on the street side, which is equipped with garden furniture.
The spacious garden is beautifully decorated with colorful flowers and is perfect for dreamlike, relaxed days in this quiet area of Upper Bavaria. Enjoy delicious meals in the garden while you hear the calming ripple of the Mühlbach stream in the background. The centre of Utting with a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés is 170 m or a 2-minute walk away. The beach with a managed area is only a short walk (550 m or 7 minutes on foot) away - here you can refresh yourself on hot days and spend relaxing holidays! In addition, the train station is only 300 m away and the accommodation is therefore perfectly located to explore various places, lakes and sights in the area.

Parking is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. A high chair for children is available.
Dogs are not allowed. It is possible to rent bikes on site from the host for a reasonable price.

Pretty Location with a lovely and warm feeling

Pros: Very beautifully decorated house with a lot of space. Had a nice welcome gift in the Fridge :) I have been there with with a group of 7 people. Enough space for even 8 people. The Location is also very nice, like a 5 minutes walk to the Lake Ammersee, which is really stunning.

Immer wieder gerne

Pros: Sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein Baby. Wir hatten im Durchnitt über 30° C, dennoch war das gesammte Haus immer angenehm kühl. Für das Baby wurde uns sogar ein Planschbecken zur Verfügung gestellt welches nicht in der Beschreibung erwähnt war. Der Garten war toll und sehr gepflegt, Die Lage zum See einfach nur Top. Cons: Zu meckern gibt es eigentlich nichts. Ein Schlafzimmer war mit Röhrenfernseher und Videorecorder ein wenig oldschool ausgestattet. Hatten wir so nicht erwartet - hat uns persönlich jedoch nicht so gestört.
