Summary:

The Low Tide Luxe is a beach cottage that features a modern charm. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home located on Florida Ave. You're just two blocks from the beach access and minutes from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, local eats, and all the laid-back coastal vibes. The north end of Carolina beach is definitely more private and laid back.



The Space:

We supply the following for each property: A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towels. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay. The TV is equipped with roku. Please log in to your own streaming apps



Other Things to Note:

-Located on the North End with access to all outdoor activities "Pleasure Island" has to offer fishing, boating, biking, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. Many amazing restaurants, eclectic drinking holes and coffee shops + Historic Ft. Fisher and the NC Aquarium. Check out Carolina Beach’s new mural project too! - Wilmington Airport and Downtown Wilmington less than 40 mins away. -There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project.
