The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Lock doors, especially the back door.
2. Place all used bath towels/washcloths in the washer.
3. Take out all trash. City trash pick-up is every Thursday 3-6 AM.
4. Wash all dirty dishes.
5. Turn off all electronics (TVs, “Good Vibes Only” sign, etc.).
6. Clean the grill and turn off the gas tank if used.
7. Empty refrigerators of all food.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
