Built specifically for large group vacations with up to 20 people at 4,817 sq. ft with 1,217 sq. ft. of covered porches, this BRAND NEW in March 2023 home is luxurious, spacious and well appointed. Loads of Amenities - Private Pool, Spa, Large Covered Patio with Cooking area, Polywood Furniture for dining, lounging, rocking, TV, Turf areas with Bean Bag Toss and Hammocks, String Lights, Landscaping, Privacy Fence.

Inside, the Master suite is large with a King bed, a comfortable chair and a gorgeous tiled zero entry shower, soaking tub and large walk-in closet. There's a secondary Master with King bed, walk-in closet, and lovely en-suite full bath with handmade vanity. The great room boasts 12' ceilings, antique brick walls, 3 sofas, TV, custom dishes cabinet, 10ft island and range hood. There's a refrigerator in the kitchen and another in the pantry along with a custom coffee bar.

Separated from the 2 Master's on the other side of the Great Room are two Queen bedrooms with a shared bath, a Laundry room, game room with a queen sleeper sofa, a TV, table tennis and a game table. Another full bath is shared with the two-story bunk room that sleeps 10 on twin beds. Kids and adults alike will go crazy over the super spacious Bunk Room with stained wood walls, a table area for eating or games, a giant wall mural, ceiling fans, a vaulted ceiling and a staircase.

There are 2 AC systems and a Mini Split system 2 dehumidifiers, and 2 water heaters to provide a comfortable environment and plenty of water for bathing.

Enjoy the oversized covered patio area with 2 dining spaces, cooking counter with Blackstone Griddles, a TV, polywood benches and rockers. There's an outdoor fireplace with a wood or charcoal grill and firewood is even provided. Take a dip in the saltwater pool. It can be heated or chilled and loungers are provided for sunbathing or just relaxing. Then enjoy the hot tub or the hammocks while the kids play bean bag toss.

The Parking area is monitored by cameras for security purposes.

No Pets allowed. My husband is a retired Veterinarian and he has become highly allergic to pets with exposure leading to hospitalization,
No smoking is allowed inside the house. A designated container for cigarette butts is available on the back patio.
Events may be permitted only with written consent from the Host and will incur an additional fee.
