Casa Del Sol is a small, low-density condo building—ideal for families and guests seeking a more private, relaxed beach experience without the crowds of large resorts. Enjoy calm mornings on the beach, beautiful sunsets, and a walkable, family-friendly neighborhood, all while being just minutes from top restaurants, shopping, and activities.



Getting Around:

Guest parking includes one reserved parking space, with up to two total parking spots allowed per unit.



Uber and Lyft are available.



Other Things to Note:

🅿️ One parking pass is included with the rental however, if you do need a second parking pass, please let us know right away there is an additional charge.



★IMPORTANT★

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 on time fee, for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.
