Located in a peaceful residential area, Lliris 29 is close to Mallorca’s capital and halfway to the Tramuntana mountains, giving you easy access to charming villages like Valldemossa, Deià, or Sóller, as well as the north coast, while staying near Palma and its amenities.



The house offers a cozy, functional atmosphere. You’ll find a spacious living room with fireplace, sofa, TV, and stereo, three bedrooms (one with a single bed, one with two singles, and one with a double bed), all with large wardrobes, and two full bathrooms with showers, one en suite. A crib and high chair are available on request.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, capsule coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, fridge-freezer, blender, juicer, and all necessary utensils for comfortable meal prep.



Air conditioning is available in the living-dining area and in one bedroom for your comfort. There’s also a separate laundry room with washing machine, iron, and accessories.



Outside, the spacious rear terrace features a dining table with parasol, sun loungers, and umbrellas for relaxing in the sun. You can also enjoy the upper solarium, accessed from outside. The property is fully fenced, with a garden, covered terrace, and lush vegetation.



The private saltwater pool (3 x 6 m, 1.60 m deep) provides gentler, more natural water, ideal for the whole family.
