Features a California King (can split to two twins), full bath and private deck with chairs (Note: Front door has two steps; we will happily install the wheelchair ramps prior to your arrival and upon request).

The largest bedroom next to Bedroom 1, featuring exposed post-and-beam construction with 220-year-old original Marriage Contractor marks. A Note on House Capacities & Local Bylaws:
We love hosting, but we are also strict, willing advocates of the Truro town code, Cape Cod National Seashore guidelines, our year-round neighborhood association, and local environmental bylaws.
Strict Maximum Capacity:
Our home accommodates a maximum of 12 guests (children under 5 excluded). This applies to overnight stays as well as evening dinners or gatherings.
Neighborhood Peace:
No parties, events, or amplified outdoor noise are permitted at any time.
Enforcement:
Extra guests cannot be accommodated for any amount of money. Violations will result in a minimum $1,500 additional service fee and potential police-assisted eviction.

A Note for Pet Owners
While we are thrilled to welcome your four-legged family members, our unique location means you must adhere strictly to local wildlife and environmental protections:
National Seashore Bylaws:
Because the estate is located within the Cape Cod National Seashore, guests are 1000% responsible for knowing and following all local dog and leash bylaws. (Note: Dogs must be leashed at all times unless under strict voice control in designated areas outside of our fenced in area). Complete guidelines are available online at the Town of Truro website and will be included in your Digital Home Guide sent after booking.
Fenced Backyard Dog Park:
We feature an extremely large, fenced-in backyard area for your dogs to enjoy. However, no fence is perfect for every breed or temperament. It is the guest's responsibility and liability to inspect the entire fenced perimeter and gates upon arrival to ensure it is secure for their specific pet.
