No wash cloths, limited towels, and the sofa was full of stains. Only one toilet worked.

The property was stocked with sufficient towels based on the number of guests included in your reservation, and we gladly provided additional towels when requested. Regarding the sofa, it is in good condition and is regularly inspected and cleaned between stays. We have not received similar feedback from other guests, and our team did not note any issues prior to your arrival. As for the toilet, both bathrooms were checked by our cleaning team before check-in and were functioning properly. No issues were reported by the previous guest. Unfortunately, we were not informed of any clogging problem during your stay, which would have allowed us to address it promptly. We take all guest feedback seriously and are always available to help resolve concerns during a stay.
