Poreč, Novo Naselje district. The holiday flat is located on a 430 sqm enclosed plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house.
