Idyllic with pool, with lots of privacy. Our holiday home is located in Kukci, a suburb of Porec, 3 km from the beach and the town center. The holiday home Felix has 2 apartments and 3 bungalows. The property is attractive, well-kept and is located in a very quiet settlement. The accommodation units have a separate entrance and parking space from the house. A small shop with fresh bread rolls and other items, as well as the "Marina" restaurant, are nearby.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir können die Unterkunft und den Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war wirklich ein Highlight. Die Lage ist ok für diejenigen, die nicht nur auf Action und Partys aus sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Glorious residence!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und die ideale Größe für 3 Personen. Der Pool und der Garten waren auch sehr gepflegt und zum Strand bzw. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten haben wir 10 Minuten mit dem Auto gebraucht. Insgesamt eine gute Mischung.

Wunderschön!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hatte alles was man im Urlaub so braucht. Wir hatten eine kleine Terrasse direkt vor der Tür und waren mit ein paar Schritte am Pool der toll ausgestattet war. Gleich neben den Wohnungen war ein Parkplatz für die Gäste, somit könnten wir schnell ins Auto. Porec liegt ungefähr 5-8 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, aber der Weg ist sehr unkompliziert. Genauso lange braucht man zum Meer Die Hausherren waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rundum war es ein toller Urlaub und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 😊

Super Urlaub für Hundeliebende

Der kleine Wohnung ist super eingerichtet. Decken Geschirr wie zwei Handtücher vorhanden. Es liegt schon 3,5 km zu nächste Strand aber war keine Probleme weil man bekommt die Ruhe dafür. 300 m entfernt liegt ein kleines Geschäft wo man praktisch alles bekommen kann. Aber ich empfehle Kaufland und den großen konzum an in Porec für den großen Einkauf. Den Grill auf dem Grundstück ist sehr groß und es gibt auch eine auf Gas. Eine Kühlschrank und Tiefkühltruhe für schnelles Eis und Getränke findet man auch da und der eigenen Haus schnapps ist ein Gaumen Schmaus. Es liegt auch am Kreisverkehr Restaurant Miranda diese kann ich echter nicht empfehlen, manche Leute haben es empfohlen aber als Alternative stellen ich ihnen Pizzeria Restaurant Marconi vor war erst Sahne und ähnliche in Preise. Wir kommen definitiv noch zurück weil wir ausgeruht sind abgefahren und da drehte sich Urlaub um. Für Leute mit gut erzogen Hunde oder ohne probiere es aus. Viel Spaß wünsche ich euch in eurer Urlaub

Bike rental with cycling map of the surroundings with tour description (numerous marked bike paths) with tips for special excursions and festivals that take place throughout the summer in Istria.
