Such a terrific apartment, Ideal for our week in Berlin. Well placed on the M4 tram line (1 minute away) to get into the centre but also to enjoy the pleasures of Prenzlauerberg. Clean and very quiet.

Nettes Studio

Es war ein sehr nettes, gut gepflegtes Studio. Modern und sehr freundlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Es ist verkehrstechnisch super gelegen, die nächste Tram die zum zentralen Alexanderplatz führt ist nur eine Minute weg. Ideal für einen Städtetrip. Auch ein Edeka der bis Mitternacht geöffnet hat, ist um die Ecke. Die Zentrale Lage führt aber zu einem stärkeren Lärmaufkommen, da die Wohnung ebenerdig direkt neben einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt. Die Fenster isolieren ausgezeichnet, da man aber im Sommer um offene Fenster nicht herum kommt muss man sich auf Straßenlärm gewöhnen was uns gut gelungen ist. Wenn es sehr heiß ist wird es in der Wohnung aber schwierig und ist nicht zu empfehlen. Ein Klimagerät wäre wünschenswert ist aber nicht vorhanden.

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr schön, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, sehr sauber, die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben alles sehr umsichtig und aufmerksam eingerichtet. Ich kann den Ort nur empfehlen!
