The uniquely exclusive 4-star apartment (51 sqm) with stucco and parquet floors, has a box spring double bed (180/200), divisible in 2x 90/200 and a sofa bed 140/200, desk, mirror cabinet with safe, iron, ironing board , Clothes horse, a large flat screen, a stereo and other furnishings.

The kitchen area is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances as well as a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, dishes, glasses, tea, milk, sugar and basic spices.
The dining area has comfortable seating for 3 people.
The shower bathroom with toilet is equipped with a rung heater, hairdryer, electric cosmetic mirror and a basic set of hygiene articles.

The central heating is adjustable. All windows are fitted with external electrical blinds.

Bed linen, towels and WiFi are free of charge.

We had a great stay at the apartment. We rented bikes in the recommended shop and had a very nice time exploring Berlin. The apartment provides a cosy and welcoming space to come back to after a busy day.

Great courtyard apartment

As usual, my stay here was comfortable and the flat is well stocked with anything you may need. The flat is always very clean and welcoming to the weary traveler. Close to EDEKA and U9 Birekenstasse.

All was as stated in the listing. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. Host provided coffee, bottled waters and a bottle of wine. Washer and dryer rack was so handy to have. Bus stop and grocery store very close. Great stay!

Wonderful experience.

As I entered through the door I was welcomed by a beautifully decorated and lit property. The bed was very comfortable and relaxing after a long day of trudging through the streets of Berlin. Electronic shutters came in handy to darken the space when daytime sleep was necessary and as well as to provide some privacy. All in all, I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone or a couple visiting Berlin. It’s very beautiful, functional and conveniently located apartment that is close to Birkenstraße U-Bahn as groceries, restaurants as well at the Schulteiss Quartier for shopping.

Perfect apartment for a Berlin trip

We stayed for 7 nights in September. The apartment is in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood. It is approx 25min walk from the Bhf central train station through 2 nice parks or we could get the 123 bus (at our time of staying) from the end of the road which is a 10min ride to the train station. The area is also well connected with other bus services. The apartment is situated in a block behind secure entrance doors, there is a lovely courtyard with a fountain that you walk through to get to it. We were met at the property by Phillip which was a nice personal touch. The apartment is spacious and well set out, it is thoughtfully decorated and has a nice feel to it, we felt relaxed and at home straight away. Well equipped kitchen area, comfy bed, lots of wardrobe storage, a small private outside seating area, electric shutters on the windows (great for darkness at night). Good shower! The bathroom is quite small but it’s fine, you just have to move around carefully. Big supermarket a 10min walk away and other smaller local shops. All in all a fabulous place to stay and highly recommended.

Wunderbar!!

For people like us who like to be close to the centre but like a calm environment, this apartment was perfect!! It is a 5 minute bus ride to the central train station where you can get any mode of transportation anywhere in the city. The apartment itself is beautiful: bigger than it looks on the pictures with high ceilings and the possibility to sit outside on a small terrace. The washing machine is a welcome feature!! The apartment had everything we needed and more. The owner gave us a bottle of water and a bottle of wine to greet us which was so lovely! The neighbourhood is quiet and safe with many options to shop for groceries. There is a small grocery store 3 minutes away or, if you need more things, a larger one about 10 minutes away - just outside the u-bahn (don't forget your bags!) We do not hesitate to recommend this apartment to those who like to visit the city and then go to a quiet home base for the night. A big thank you to Hans who showed us around the apartment and who explained everything to us.

Wohlfühloase in tollem Viertel

Wir waren in jeder Hinsicht sehr zufrieden! Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett, unkompliziert und sehr entgegenkommend. Uns hat die Wohnung absolut gut gefallen, für uns zwei ideal, alles war da und optisch kann sich eine Wohnung mit Stuck und Parkett natürlich sehen lassen, sie ist auch gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass wir uns schnell heimisch gefühlt haben. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt war die ruhige Umgebung, es gab keinerlei Lärm oder Trubel, was für uns zum Entspannen wichtig war. Nicht zuletzt sind wir Moabit Fans geworden. Das Viertel ist super angenehm, wir haben dort nur nette Leute getroffen:-) immer wieder gerne, also.

4 Sterne Apartment

Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet man hat alles was man benötigt um ein paar Tage Urlaub zu machen. Leider ist das Bad nicht für große Menschen gedacht. Es ist SEHR klein. In der Dusche war Schimmel in den Ecken. Der Badlüfter funktionierte auf Grund des Drecks so gar nicht. Der Duschkopf war so verkalkt das nur eine Sprühstrahl raus kam am Waschtisch war gar kein sieb vorhanden. Das Bett wurde als 180x200 angekündigt vorgefunden haben wir ein Bett was aus zwei Einzelbetten 90x200 zusammen gestellt wurde Zweisamkeit war so gar nicht möglich haben mehrfach zwischen den betten gelegen da diese sich auseinander schieben lassen. Die Bewohner über dem Apartment waren nicht sehr leise von Laufen bis vermutlich möbelrücken war alles dabei und das leider zur sehr frühen und auch späten stunde was uns so manchen schlaf gekostet hat hinzu kommt auch noch das schlagen der Haustür diese war so laut das wir sehr oft aus dem Schlaf gerissen wurden. Und die Sauberkeit generell war nicht die beste.
