Known for its beautifully preserved Victorian homes and quiet, tree-lined streets, it offers a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to Galveston’s top attractions.
Just a short stroll or quick drive away, you’ll find the shops, galleries, restaurants, and coffee houses of the Strand Historic District, along with the waterfront energy of The Seawall and the beaches beyond.
This area is ideal for guests who appreciate historic character, walkability, and a relaxed island atmosphere—close to everything, yet tucked away enough to unwind, enjoy evening porch time, and feel like a local.
Guests have full access to the entire home, backyard, and private driveway. The entire home and property are available for your use.
Free parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles, with additional limited street parking in front of the home.
Uber and Lyft are readily available for exploring Galveston without driving.

The state-of-the-art kitchen and dining area offer plenty of room to comfortably host family dinners and are outfitted with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, dishwasher pods, and appliances you will need to cook delicious meals. The dining table can seat up to ten, and there are also seats available at the table in the nearby hallway.

The open living room invites relaxation after a day at the beach, with a plush sofa, and local guidebook to plan your next adventure.

Uber and Lift are available for anyone who doesn't want to drive around Galveston.
The home is centrally located — a short drive, walk, or bike ride from beaches, shops, and restaurants.
Free street parking makes it easy to come and go, and rideshare services are widely available across the island.
Enjoy peace of mind with our enhanced COVID-19 safety protocols. We meticulously steam sanitize all bedding, including pillows, between guests to ensure your well-being!
For added security, we have exterior cameras monitoring only outdoor areas. Choose us for a safe and exceptional stay in Galveston.
Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification (guest screening) and review and agree to our rental conditions through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. This is required before check-in.
Additionally, all guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form before check-in. The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property for the full duration of the reservation. Please upload a valid government-issued ID and ensure all guest names and ages are included on the form.
Check-in is flexible any time after 4 PM.

Fees and other items to note:
-In case of additional guest(s) beyond the agreed maximum occupancy of 14 guests, a daily fee of $50.00 USD (Fifty U.S. Dollars) plus applicable taxes per person will be charged. Guest must inform us about the total number of guests staying in the property. All guest names must be listed in the pre-arrival form.
-Early Check-In Fee: (subject to availability)
-Late Check-Out Fee: (subject to availability)
-No pets allowed. Pet Violation Fee: $450 non-refundable fee per pet plus charges for any pet-related stains/damage.
-Smoking Violation Fee: $500 non-refundable fee for smoking on the property.
- We strongly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance for your protection.
- Please refer to the cancellation policy that applied to your reservation at the time of booking in the channel that you booked on.
-Lost Item Mailing Fee: $20 plus actual mailing costs to ship lost & found items.
-Party Violation Fee: $500 non-refundable fee plus charges for any additional property damages if parties or events violate rules.
