About this property

Top of the World by Yosemite Free WiFi Best Views

This is a new listing as of July 2025. This A-frame cabin offers great views, privacy and all amenities that are required for a comfortable stay. 25miles from Yosemite entrance and a 5min drive to a local Pine Mountain Lake.

The home has just been listed as of July 2nd 2025 and while overall it is good to go, it is not all 100% ready, but is about 95%+. It recently went through a full remodel and a few minor things still need to be addressed and will be within the next few month. We will add more and change some furniture/chairs/nightstands etc. We will change some of the light fixtures and decor. You may see a missing bulb or two (mostly because if all bulbs where in, it would be too bright).

And for those small imperfections I`m going to apologize upfront.

The home has 3 queen beds with comfortable mattresses. 2bedrooms and 1bath on main level and an open loft + 2nd bathrooms upstairs. Huge outside deck is ready for your BBQ. Very strong central A/C system, WiFi internet and some of the best mountain views that can be there. Bring your family and enjoy the summer. Night sky is phenomenal off the deck and don`t be surprised if you see deer, turkey, bald eagles and an occasional bear.

This A-frame cabin is located in a gated community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, CA
25miles from Yosemite National Park. 5minutest from the lake, store and restaurants.
There are 3 queen beds.

Home is inside a gated community and HOA charges all guests $50 per carper stay. Sorry, we do not collect or get that $ and have no control over this. It will have to be paid upon arrival/entering the gates.
