Unfortunately, the hot tub experienced a leak due to a faulty barbed fitting, and because of our remote location on the peninsula, it took a few days to receive the replacement part. Joshua and his guest were very understanding and made the best of the situation, which we truly appreciate. Our property management team provided a partial refund for the inconvenience. We’re happy to report that the hot tub is now fully repaired and back in working order.
