The ground floor features the “Spatzennest” holiday apartment, which is approximately 41 m² in size and has underfloor heating. This open-concept studio accommodates up to two people and combines the living, sleeping, and dining areas in a pleasant, uncluttered atmosphere. The combined living and sleeping area is furnished with two single beds (90 × 200 cm, which can be pushed together), a sleeper sofa (120 × 190 cm), a TV, a dining nook, and a desk. The open kitchen features a dual-burner cooktop, refrigerator, toaster, egg cooker, and plenty of dishes. In addition, there is a small, separate kitchenette with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. A bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the apartment.
Outdoor furniture and a grill are available for use.
Parking spaces for caravans with boats, RVs, or similar vehicles can be booked upon request.
The Spatzennest is suitable for individuals or couples seeking peace and quiet, as well as for technicians.

For corporate bookings, the Spatzennest is intended for single-occupancy use.



The Vogelsang holiday apartments are quietly located in a small village, just outside the gates of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund, and offer the ideal place to unwind and relax.
Our three lovingly furnished holiday apartments are cosy retreats for adults seeking peace and quiet, as well as for workers who value tranquility, cleanliness, and comfort after a day’s work. Whether it’s a small, practical nest or a spacious living area, everyone will find a place here to take a deep breath and recharge.
The building features a total of three living units:
On the ground floor are the Schwalbennest holiday apartment, with approximately 105 m², three bedrooms, and space for up to six people, as well as the Eulennest holiday apartment, with approximately 73 m², two bedrooms, and space for up to four people. On the ground floor is the “Spatzennest,” an apartment measuring approximately 41 m² that accommodates up to two people. All apartments are modernly furnished. Depending on the unit, exposed half-timbered beams and skylights in the ceilings create a bright, welcoming atmosphere.
Outside, there is a barbecue and smoking area, as well as parking spaces for cars, trucks, and bicycles. Please enquire separately about parking spaces for caravans carrying boats, RVs, or similar vehicles.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
