Located just off the highway and centrally located for easy access to downtown Toledo (15 minutes) and surrounding suburbs (Perrysburg is just across the bridge 5 minute drive). Adorable back yard with custom brick patio, patio furniture, fire pit, and even a hot tub!

The host was very communicative and responded quickly. The house is in a great location, lots of places to walk including coffee shops.

The listing had a hot tub, but it had been removed. I would update the listing. The towpath is a short walk and amazing. Luke as a great host, easy to get a hold of when there was a question. Maumee has a great downtime and a short walk away. There was a prior resident who was a smoker, but that didn't bother me.
