Why they chose this property

There is nothing like Good Harbor Bay in Northwest Michigan. It is truly spectacular and feels other worldly. Whether the waves are crashing during a storm or calm as a whisper the shoreline of Lake Michigan is always changing and different. the color of the water, the sky, the landscape feeds the soul. this is a place where true lifelong memories are made with family and friends.

What makes this property unique

the setting of the property is private with private residences to the north and south. the beach is expansive with space to enjoy recreation or relaxation in private. there are few beach walker and even fewer boaters. Rare to see boats at all. the Chicago to Mackinaw race in July provides some distant viewing of sailboats with good set of binoculars. Take Long Beach walks to the north of south as far as you can walk collecting stones, beach glass (rare), and coveted Leland Blue or green (also rare). sit under the stars and night and watch the shooting stars go by. so many stars you cannot see space between! magic.
