House was not deep cleaned upon arrival and multiple broken/damaged pieces in the house that the host will lie and charge you for.

We take cleanliness and guest satisfaction very seriously and are disappointed to see this review. Our property is professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival, and no cleanliness concerns were reported at check-in. Following this reservation, however, the property was left with significant damage and excessive cleanup requirements, including evidence of an unauthorized party and damage to the home that required additional cleaning and repairs. We strive to provide every guest with a positive experience and maintain transparency in all interactions. Thank you!
