This beautifully renovated entire duplex includes two private 3-bedroom, 3-bath homes rented together for larger groups.

Each side of the duplex features an open-concept living area with ample seating and a 70” Smart TV. The two fully equipped kitchens make cooking for groups easy, while the large dining areas are perfect for shared meals, game nights, or work sessions.

Step outside to enjoy the front and back porches, shaded by mature trees that offer a peaceful setting year-round and a stunning backdrop in the fall.

Guest Access:

The house has a digital keypad at the back door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Located just minutes from Downtown Indianapolis, this duplex offers easy access to many of the city’s favorite spots. You’ll be close to the lively Bottleworks District, Mass Ave Arts District, Kan-Kan Cinema, local restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and boutique shopping. Enjoy quick drives to top attractions like White River State Park, Newfields, the Children’s Museum, and major event venues such as Lucas Oil Stadium and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The neighborhood provides a comfortable balance between residential quiet and urban convenience, making it an ideal location for both short visits and extended stays.



Getting Around:

We are only 7 minutes from downtown! Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!



Other Things to Note:

We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book.



If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.



We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!



We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.



Interaction with Guests:

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
